Submission

Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review in any other conference or journal, and has not been previously published.

Paper Submissions

Paper submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of seven (7) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with over length page charge if accepted).

All accepted papers (presented at ICT-DM’2015) will be included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Demo Submissions

Authors are invited to submit a 2-page extended abstract describing the main contributions of the demo.

Special Issue

Selected papers from the conference will be invited to submit an extended version to the IJDST (International Journal of Distributed Systems and Technologies). Papers will be selected based on their reviewers’ scores and appropriateness to the Journal’s theme. All extended versions will undergo reviews and must represent original unpublished research work. Further details will be made available at a later stage.

Awards

Student travel grant info

The TPC chair will be awarding a limited number of travel grants to student who are authors of papers accepted in the technical program (around 5). The travel grants will be for 250 euros.

A student who is awarded a student travel grant must attend the conference in person and present his/her paper. The student must register for the conference with payment. Grants will only be paid out upon the receipt of an expense report (with receipts) within 45 days after the conference. More details will be provided to the students who are selected.

Best papers

The TPC chair will be awarding one or two best papers (including one for a student). The person who is awarded must attend the conference in person and present his/her paper.
