Registration is required for all participants. To be published in the proceedings, every accepted paper MUST have at least one registered author at the Full Rate (i.e. Authors fees) and must be presented at the conference. For authors with multiple papers, one full registration is required for each paper.
A discounted registration will be available for IEEE members.
Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, bag, and one USB copy of the proceedings.
